The Vigor2762 Series are VDSL2/ADSL2+ modem/routers with Firewall and VPN integrated. They provide an RJ-11 WAN port for connecting to an xDSL line directly. The embedded xDSL modem is compatible with all the common VDSL and ADSL modulations. On the LAN side is a 4-port Gigabit (10/100/1000Base TX) LAN RJ-45 switch, of which the 4th port can be configured as a WAN port for an Ethernet WAN connection (e.g. UFB, Direct Wireless, Satellite, etc.). This Ethernet WAN can also be a backup link for the xDSL connection.
The 2762 Series comes in four models: Vigor2762, Vigor2762n (with 802.11n Wi-Fi built-in), Vigor2762ac (with 802.11ac Wi-Fi built-in), and Vigor2762Vac (with VoIP function and 802.11ac Wi-Fi built-in).
